Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

In short

Pugi has no accounts and never asks for your name or email. Your game progress stays on your phone. We run no server. The only parties that process data are the Google services used for ads and payments.

Who we are

Pugi is developed by E.O.M. APPS. Contact: destek@eomapps.org.

Stored on your phone

The game keeps these only on your device: level progress, coins and hints, penguin and home choices, settings, and purchase order numbers so that one purchase is never counted twice. Deleting the app deletes them. If Android backup is on, your device may back these files up to your own Google account. We cannot see that backup.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The game is free and supported by ads: optional rewarded videos and some full-screen ads after levels. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions and crash data, to show and measure ads, prevent abuse and improve its service, and it may use them for personalised ads. Google and its partners may process this data outside your country. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.

Your ad choices

In the EEA, the UK and other regions where it is required, the game shows Google's consent screen before any ad. You can change this later under Ad choices in the game's Settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

Purchases (Google Play)

Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details.

Children

Pugi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion and object to processing under Turkish KVKK and, where it applies, the GDPR. Write to destek@eomapps.org. As we hold no data about you, requests about AdMob data may need Google's own tools.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page is updated.
